These Terms & Conditions govern all website design, development, and related services provided by 716 Co. (https://716co.com). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Project Start & Payments
- Work begins once payment is received in full.
- Websites go live only after final client approval and full payment.
- Hosting and domain fees (if applicable) must be paid monthly or annually as agreed.
2. Additional Services & Fees
- Services outside the original agreement are billed at our current hourly rate or on a fee-for-service basis.
- If additional work is requested, it will be added to the invoice and billed accordingly.
3. Project Delays
Delays in completion may occur if:
- Payments are late
- Client materials (logos, images, text) are not provided on time
- The client requests further design/content/structural changes
- Additional services are purchased mid-project
Estimated timelines are approximate. 716 Co. may, at its discretion, place a project on hold.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for 100% satisfaction within the scope of the original agreement.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional services and fees.
- Services or elements approved by the client are considered final and billable.
- After 2 months from initial payment, projects are marked “completed” unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing website content, including logos, text, and images, unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients may update their website content using the provided editor. 716 Co. is not responsible for issues caused by self-edits. Service fees will apply for repairs.
6. Ongoing Maintenance & Updates
- 716 Co. offers Website Management Plans for ongoing CMS/software updates, content updates, backups, and security monitoring.
- Clients updating their CMS independently accept responsibility for any issues caused. A service fee will apply for 716 Co. to resolve problems.
- Backups are included in management plans. If no plan is active, backup support is not guaranteed.
7. Hosting, Domains, SSL, & Firewalls
- 716 Co. resells hosting services through a third-party provider.
- 716 Co. is not responsible for downtime, delays, or issues beyond our control. For direct hosting support, contact GoDaddy Hosting (480-624-2500).
- We provide SSL certificates, firewalls, and backups as part of management plans, not by default.
8. Data Security & Payment Processing
- 716 Co. uses secure third-party payment processors to protect sensitive credit card information.
- We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and safeguard client information both online and offline.
9. Limitations & Disclaimers
- 716 Co. is not liable for how client websites are used or the content they contain.
- Websites may appear differently on various devices, browsers, and resolutions. These variations are normal and not the responsibility of 716 Co.
- Prices listed on our site are for reference only and subject to change without notice.
10. Updates to Terms
716 Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available at https://716co.com/terms-conditions/.
